For Permanent Staffing: We charge 8.33% of the gross CTC of the employees selected and deployed form our data bank. Free replacement if the candidate leaves within 3 months. Our payment shall be disbursed within 30 days from the joining.
Human Capital will charge an agency charge calculated @ 12.5% on the total emoluments paid to each outsourced employee based on Cost to Company (CTC) basis.
